Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Lead Developer
UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Lead Developer with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for a hybrid position in Long Island City, New York. This position requires 3 days per week onsite in Long-Island City, NY from Day one.
This position requires strong technical and functional knowledge and the ability to guide a development team through the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 solution delivery.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
At least two years of experience as a Technical Lead/ Lead Developer on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM project
Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure Services
Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems such as ERP, finance, and contract management systems
Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution management, DevOps, and CI/CD practices within Dynamics 365 environments
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600

Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure CRM solutions
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and system integrations (including SharePoint and vendor systems)
Manage code reviews, unit testing, and support QA and UAT efforts
Configure model-driven apps, Dataverse entities, forms, dashboards, views, and implement role-based security
Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides
Mentor junior developers and promote team-wide best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives
Stay current with platform features and industry trends, proposing enhancements where appropriate
