UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Kahua Developer for an onsite role in Long Island City, NY to support enterprise construction management systems. Active LinkedIn preferred. May change to hybrid after 90 days. The selected consultant will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and ongoing support of Kahua-based applications and workflows that streamline project tracking, document management, approvals, and electronic signature processes. This role requires hands-on experience with Kahua KBuilder, API integrations, and workflow automation to ensure reliable and efficient construction project management operations.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience with Kahua software platform
• Experience developing applications using Kahua KBuilder
• Experience designing and implementing approval workflows using Kahua Approvals and Kahua Signatures
• Experience integrating DocuSign with Kahua workflows for secure electronic signature processing
• Experience utilizing Kahua APIs and integrating with external APIs for workflow automation and data exchange
• Experience developing DevExpress reports within KBuilder
• Experience supporting document management solutions and automated approval processes
• Experience providing production support and troubleshooting workflow, API, and system performance issues
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical workflow solutions
• Experience documenting system configurations, integrations, and technical procedures
• Experience delivering reports based on business user requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex assignments
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Construction management domain knowledge (preferred)
• Experience with other Construction Management software platforms (preferred)

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Kahua KBuilder to support construction project management processes
• Build and maintain approval workflows and document management solutions within the Kahua platform
• Design and implement automated approval and signature workflows leveraging Kahua Approvals, Kahua Signatures, and DocuSign
• Integrate Kahua APIs and external APIs to enable seamless data exchange with third-party systems
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues related to workflows, document processing, and system integrations
• Support deployment and rollout activities, collaborating with business users to ensure successful adoption
• Translate construction management and approval process requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Document workflows, integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for long-term system stability
• Develop and deliver DevExpress-based reports to meet stakeholder reporting needs
