Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for a hybrid position, required to travel to Albany, NY one week per year to support and enhance an existing enterprise application platform. EST zone candidates with an active LinkedIn preferred. The selected consultant will work as part of an established development team to design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 while contributing to modernization initiatives, system integrations, and ongoing operational support.

MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in application development or related IT roles.
• Hands-on experience developing and programming within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, web security, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with integration tools, data modeling, web services, UI/UX design, and data visualization within enterprise systems.
• Experience working with SQL databases, including writing queries and supporting data-driven applications.
• Demonstrated experience in application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a development team supporting enterprise applications and modernization initiatives.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
• Work as part of an existing development team supporting and enhancing an enterprise application platform.
• Assess operational and IT needs and design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, including development of custom applications, enhancements, and integrations.
• Analyze how enterprise systems communicate and implement integrations between new enhancements and existing systems.
• Participate in development testing, deployment, and change/release management cycles to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, patches, and application updates.
• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution as needed.
• Deliver ongoing maintenance and operational support to ensure system reliability, stability, and performance.
