Program Manager

Position: The Program Manager will work with a digital service team to organize, plan, and track workstreams for high-profile projects, including a comprehensive redesign of a major public-facing website. This role involves managing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of high-quality digital experiences.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
As a Program Manager, your responsibilities include:
Managing workstreams to deliver a major website redesign and other digital projects on time.
Establishing and tracking project deliverables, mitigating obstacles, and executing detailed work plans for project activities, sprints, or phases.
Leading and managing sprint planning and task management.
Monitoring project activities, documenting agreements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to address issues promptly.
Establishing deadlines, monitoring progress, and following up with relevant stakeholders.
Facilitating team and stakeholder meetings with clear agendas and providing timely recaps and actionable next steps.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing website redesigns across multiple web brands.
Hands-on experience migrating content management systems with search and translation capabilities.
Expertise working in a matrixed environment, aligning stakeholders and principals.
Demonstrated experience leading creative, development, and QA teams to deliver websites and web features from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on detail and user experience.
Deep knowledge of agile project management practices and experience leading sprints in large organizations with proactive planning.
Experience collaborating with other disciplines to launch digital tools and services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with leadership, experts, decision-makers, and cross-functional teams while coaching teams to achieve outcomes.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
Experience setting up project management processes for cross-functional teams with varied workflows.
